PREMIER SERVICE

This is the second of the two service levels we offer to our financial planning/wealth management clients. It is predominantly suitable for clients with £1 million+ investable assets.

What the service includes:

  • A meeting every six months with your adviser to include:
    • A complete review of your financial strategy
    • A comprehensive report on your investments
    • Re-weighting of asset allocation to benchmark
  • 24/7 online access to wrap platform for portfolio valuations
  • Unlimited face to face access to your adviser between review dates
  • Unlimited telephone & secure email access to your adviser
  • Priority response – telephone calls and emails returned same day
  • The Professional Service (Ensuring everyone in your financial team provides coordinated advice)
    • Providing strategic updates to your Accountant and other professional advisers
    • Supplying end of year taxation information (as required)
    • Providing access to our carefully selected team of partner professionals
  • An invitation to the formal seminars we run at prestigious local venues
  • An invitation to informal gatherings with a guest speaker to raise topical issues
  • An invitation to ad hoc social events at cultural and sporting venues

Establishing the Strategic Financial Plan will usually involve up to three half days with your adviser and paraplanner as well as administrative time gathering and collating personal data. The bi-annual review meetings will involve at least one half day with your adviser as well as administrative time in preparation for the meeting and any subsequent adjustments to the plan or portfolio.

Our remuneration is divided into two parts:

The Initial Fee

We charge an initial fee for preparing the Strategic Financial Plan and implementing the changes. We typically waive this fee for Premier Service clients.

The Wealth Management Fee

The Wealth Management Fee is for providing ongoing professional advice, support, motivation and conducting the review process at pre-specified intervals. It is a recurring fee based on a modest percentage of funds under management.
